Racing update: We will Not be racing tonight at Fremont Speedway. There is an 80% chance of rain there before 10:00pm. As of now we plan to still race tomorrow night at I-96 with the World of Outlaws.

We will be racing Sunday night at Freemont Speedway with the All Stars and then back to I-96 Monday night with the World of Outlaws. Hope everyone has a great and safe Memorial Day Weekend.

What a night last night at I-96 speedway. It had rained from the time we got there until 8:30pm or so. They were going to do all they could to that track to get us out there and racing. We went out around 10:30pm to fire motors. The pits were a mess and inches of mud every where. The track still wasn’t raceable. We started hot lap sessions after 11:00pm. Time my third hot lap session someone flipped and rescue crew could hardly get to him and ambulance was stuck. After they realized rescue crew wasn’t going to be able to do their job they called off the race. This was around 11:45pm. What a long night of just waiting. Looking ahead to Memorial Day weekend. With all the rain in the forecast who knows what it will bring. Please check back later this week with where we will be racing.

Darren will be racing tonight at I-96 Speedway with the World of Outlaws.

Sorry race fans. We WON’T be at Attica tonight with the World of Outlaws. We hope to race at I-96 or Mercer, PA tomorrow night depending on the weather forecast.

Darren will be racing with the World of Outlaws this weekend. We will be racing at Attica Raceway Park Friday night and I-96 Speedway Saturday night.

Darren will not be at Eldora tonight due to trying to find out what’s wrong with his car from the B Main last night. Our next stop is next Saturday night in Mercer, PA with the All Stars.

What a night at Eldora. There were 40 cars here tonight for The World of Outlaws. Darren qualified 25th tonight. Darren started 7th in the 1st heat and Finished 8th. They were getting better and better all night. Darren started 5th in the B Main and was up to third at lap 6 when the first yellow flew. On restart Darren was up to 2nd closing in on first until another caution at lap 10 with 2 laps to go. On restart Darren knew something was wrong with his car. His car was severely vibrating. Darren fell back in the pack and had to call it a night. He believes its something with the drive line. Looking forward to another night at Eldora Speedway tomorrow night.

Darren opened his 2011 season at K-C Raceway in Chillicothe, Ohio with an 8th place finish in the A-Main in a 30 car field. Darren qualified 7th out of 30 cars. He started 2nd in the 1st Heat and finished 2nd. He then started 7th in the A-Main and finished one spot lower at 8th. Next weekend Darren will be heading to Eldora Speedway for the World of Outlaws race.
